SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYSTS
MBA or equivalent degree or professional qualification.
Over 5 10 years relevant experience

BUSINESS ANALYSTS
PROCESS ANALYSTS
Bachelors degree or equivalent degree or professional qualification. Over 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
Requirements – To include any combination of the following skills:
- Process Analysis & Mapping, re-engineering, project management, use of business tools, accompanied by in-depth and hands on experience in any of the following areas:

Oil & Gas Operations - Production, Process Facilities, Drilling, Maintenance, Engineering or Health & Safety (Upstream or Downstream).

Engineering - Civil, Mechanical and Structural Engineers, ideally from an Oil & Gas or Construction background.

Accounting & Finance - Accounting professionals with proven analytical / re-engineering experience (user experience of SAP will be an advantage).

Human Resources - All round experience in HR Administration, Policies and Procedures (Oil & Gas background will be an advantage).

IT Professionals - All rounder with proven experience in IT & Business Alignment, Business IT Enablement, Business Process Re-Engineering (user experience of SAP and/or Oil & Gas background will be an advantage).

Business Continuity Management (BCM) - Expertise in BCM Framework, Implementation, Policies, Strategy, Governance, Business Impact Analysis and Disaster Recovery.
