• Liaison between engineering group to OIM and Supt to ensure focus on optimizing the whole asset
• Participate in regular operation production metrics review and other relevant downtime investigation meeting
• Ownership of the RCA process and asset lead for Defect Elimination process
• Responsible for career development for engineer including training plan
• Leading engineering team in providing technical/operation input in major project activities including peer review , commissioning and start up support
• Technical lead for major shutdown activities and maintenance projects
• Responsible for providing input plant utility surveillance including power generator, air instrument, fuel gas balance, cooling/heating medium system
• To ensure integrated plant modeling is developed and update on regular basis and can be utilized as planning tools
• Implement Small Project Management (FEL Process) and execution of minor /small projects.
• Lead process study/ conceptual design to improve plant performance, facility efficiency, operability and other process related work
• Coordinate regular facility testing/plant performance test to ensure the facility design vs. throughput is recognized and the facility limitation is identified.
• Providing Quality Assurance and Quality Control of subordinates to ensure “completed staff work” model are in place

Qualification & Experience:
• Engineering degree from recognized university or institution preferable from Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or others applicable background
• Having 10-15 years experience in oil and gas industry preferably in gas/oil production & optimization
• Clearly demonstrated technical competence specifically in the areas of offshore production processes and facilities with a preference for gas processing, cryogenics and fractionation experience.

Qualifications:

· Degree in HSE, Engineering or Science and/or postgraduate HSE qualification.
· Fluent in English both spoken and written.
· Strong Computer Literacy.
· Minimum 5 years working experience in Oil and Gas industry and/or Petrochemical industry, and 5 years experience in HSE.
· Strong experience in offshore & onshore operations, which include Permit To Work System, Training Capability, Develop Safe Working Procedures, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Accident/ Incident Analysis and investigation, and Emergency Response.
· Strong experience on HSE inspection and audit.
· Having strong knowledge on HSE Management System, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
· Having experience on day-to-day activities of Safety Officer tasks on Drilling rig and/or Offshore Production operations.
· Familiar with Fire fighting equipment and Life Saving Appliances on maintenance and inspection as per industry standard.
· Provide technical expertise and support the Field Safety to ensure effectiveness of the offshore HSE Program, such as PTW, STOP, Behavior Based Safety, etc.
· Having experience as HSE instructor to deliver internal HSE trainings
· Must be strong and good leadership.
· Good presentation skill.
