• Ensures that the contractors produce cost effective pipelines, risers, expansion loops, and shore crossings that are designed, fabricated and installed to meet the Projects safety, performance, and durability requirements within the project budget and schedule.
• Participates in specification preparation and review, plus bid preparation and review.
• Ensures that the Projects requirements are properly detailed in the technical specification and met by the contractor, and that deliverables comply with Contract requirements.

Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences:
• Bachelors or equivalent degree in mechanical engineering, civil, or ocean engineering.
• 10 years + of pipeline related engineering experience in offshore pipeline design, installation, or operations.

Responsibility and Duties:
• Review and monitor the Contractors performance in the areas of cost estimating, scheduling and project control and provide input as necessary to make certain the Companys objectives are achieved.
• Provide timely review of cost and schedule impact of changes, modifications or alternatives by keeping abreast of engineering, procurement and construction activities and maintain project trend and change order logs.
• Prepare all required cost and schedule reports and provide project cost input into Project Monthly Report.
• Prepare cost forecast to insure budget requirements are within project expectations and keep management aware of potential budget problems as early as possible.
• Review the contractors procedures for estimating, scheduling and project controls and modify as necessary to meet the Companys needs.

• Coordinate regular facility testing/plant performance test to ensure the facility design vs. throughput is recognized and the facility limitation is identified.
• Providing Quality Assurance and Quality Control of subordinates to ensure “completed staff work” model are in place

Qualification & Experience:
• Engineering degree from recognized university or institution preferable from Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or others applicable background
• Having 10-15 years experience in oil and gas industry preferably in gas/oil production & optimization
• Clearly demonstrated technical competence specifically in the areas of offshore production processes and facilities with a preference for gas processing, cryogenics and fractionation experience.

To manage interface between Operation, HSE group, Project Group, Operations Engineering Excellence Group and to become a full member of Onshore Venture(asset) team.

Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator

Qualifications:

· Degree in HSE, Engineering or Science and/or postgraduate HSE qualification.
· Fluent in English both spoken and written.
· Strong Computer Literacy.
· Minimum 5 years working experience in Oil and Gas industry and/or Petrochemical industry, and 5 years experience in HSE.
· Strong experience in offshore & onshore operations, which include Permit To Work System, Training Capability, Develop Safe Working Procedures, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Accident/ Incident Analysis and investigation, and Emergency Response.
· Strong experience on HSE inspection and audit.
· Having strong knowledge on HSE Management System, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
· Having experience on day-to-day activities of Safety Officer tasks on Drilling rig and/or Offshore Production operations.
· Familiar with Fire fighting equipment and Life Saving Appliances on maintenance and inspection as per industry standard.
· Provide technical expertise and support the Field Safety to ensure effectiveness of the offshore HSE Program, such as PTW, STOP, Behavior Based Safety, etc.
· Having experience as HSE instructor to deliver internal HSE trainings
· Must be strong and good leadership.
· Good presentation skill.
