Job Description:
- Define process engineering and process safety scope for contractor,
for offshore brownfield facilities
- Review process engineering deliverables (PID, PFD, Safechart,
specification, datasheet) developed by contractor
- Review process safety scope and deliverables
- Review and/or perform qualitative risk analysis (HAZOP, HAZID) and
quantitative risk analysis (or rapid/semi QRA), Major Accident Risk
analysis for offshore oil and gas facilities
- Develop and review risk ranking prioritization based on
HAZOP/HAZID/QRA done by third party
- Develop and review risk reduction measures and its prioritization
- Review fire & gas detection, ESD, and fire water and deluge system on
the existing facilities
- Take a lead on reviewing emergency response based on the hazard
evaluation
- Review design of emergency equipment/system, escape reroute and muster
point, including its minimum protection requirement and its performance
standards.
- Review LOPA, risk protection and mitigation, especially for people
safety
- Collect and coordinate data for risk assessment (e.g. QRA)
- Interact and co-operate with other sections (e.g. Operations, Facility
Engineering Support, HSE, QA/QC) as required.
- Develop/review process/process safety document such as technical note,
Management of Change, Standard Deviation, and high level
document/presentation to related parties (e.g.Management, BP Center)

Qualification:
- Bachelor in process engineering, with minimum of 10 years in oil and
gas industries, with applicable experiences in process safety.
- Strong interpersonal skill and fluent in both written and verbal
English
- Have advance knowledge of oil and gas facilities, process and process
safety standards and codes, and process safety principles in oil and gas
industries
- Familiar with risk assessment methodology (quantitative and
qualitative risk)
- Familiar with QRA simulation programs is highly supporting

Qualification for Accountant:

Responsibilities of Accountant:
1. Handle the day-today banking operations, maintaining the cashbook, preparation of bank reconciliations.
2. Deal with statutory tax issue, tax computation and filing of tax returns on a timely manner. If necessary seek assistance from External Auditors.
3. Liaise with External Auditors on planning and finalizing the annual audit.

Qualification for Commissioning & Warranty Manager:
1. Shall possess a Degree/Diploma in Marine Engineering preferably with COC Class 1 or 2 Marine Engineer Qualification.
2. Will be well versed with the Classification Society rules and Statutory Requirements of vessels.
3. Will have 3 to 5 years hand-on experience in the commissioning of shipboard system and equipment with the strong fundamentals in M&E instrumentation and controls.

Responsibilities of Commissioning Manager:
1. Manage the commissioning team to support and perform commissioning activities according to the planned schedule.
2. Provide technical support and attendance to trouble shooting on any deficiency failure and non compliance of system / equipment performance.
3. Attend vessel sea trial activities.

Responsibilities of Warranty Manager:
1. Receive the warranty claims from the vessels after delivery, analyse their cause and nature and then disseminate to the responsible parties (Class, Ship designer owners vendor and department trades) for their action in accordance with the contracted terms and conditions.
2. Co-ordinate and monitor closely with responsible parties on the progress of warranty claims to ensure that these issues be resolved amicably and within the shortest possible time frame.
3. Deal with the responsible parties on any warranty dispute for an acceptable solution to resolving any issues.

Qualification for OH & Safety Manager:
1. A time served background in rig/ship building, rig/ship repair, rig/ship conversion.
2. Formal qualification in OH&S.
3. Thorough knowledge and understanding of OHSAS 18001 : 2000
4. Preferably a lead OHSAS Auditor.
5. Minimum 5 years experience in a Senior OH&S position within a shipyard with a multilingual workforce.

Responsibilities of OH & Safety Manager:
1. Overall management of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
2. Ensure company’s OH&S procedures are up to date and as a minimum conform to local legislation and where practicable conform with International Best Practice.
3. Coordinate with company Management, Owners, Contractors and local authorities on OH&S matters.
4. Devise, implement, coordinate, conduct OH&S training.

INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST

Basic Function
• Develop and implementy the Industrial Hygiene program (IHP).
• Ensure that the IHP and the Annual Industrial Hygiene Action Plan addresses the workplace health issues within Company operations and is complaint with the relevant industrial hygiene standards.
• To provide advice on the anticipation, identification assessment and control of hazards to health in the workplace.
• Perform qualitative and qualtitative exposure assessment to identify workplace health hazard and produce reports with recomendation for achieving hazard reduction and compliance with relevant industrial hygiene standards.
• Conduct routine walkthrought surveys of the plant and offshore facilities to identify issues, as well as determine level of compliance.
• Assist in implementation of control measures (engineering, work practices and or personal protective equipment when necessary to reduce exposure risk).

Minimum Qualification
• Graduate degree in Industrial Hygiene or graduate degree in Engineering Science of Medicine, with further study in Industrial Hygiene leading membership of a recognized professional body such as American Conference of Government Industrial Hygienist (ACGIH).
• Five (5) years experience in industrial hygienist, with minimum of three (3) in the oil and gas industry including onshore/offshore.
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English with the ability to perform presentations and produce technical reports.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
